We Are The REALTOR® Party
of Baltimore:
An energized movement of real estate professionals fighting to keep the dream of homeownership alive for the Baltimore Metro area and this country.
Now more than ever, it is critical for REALTORS® across America to come together and speak with one voice about the stability a sound and dynamic real estate market brings to this country. From city hall to the state house to the U.S. Capitol, elected officials are making decisions that have a huge impact on the bottom line of REALTORS® and their customers. Through the support of people like you, the REALTOR® Party will continue to be there representing your interests.

1858 Club
The year was 1858, and a group of eleven real estate brokers came together to create the Baltimore Board of Real Estate Broker and Property Agents. The organization was the first formed to speak with a common voice in real estate, and to ensure ethical practices and professional standards for the industry.
Over the years this group evolved into our Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR) and served as a founding member of both the Maryland Association and National Association of REALTORS®. GBBR set forth a legacy in leadership for the real estate profession, as well as advocating for the rights of private property owners across our great state.
Today we continue to speak with that same common voice in real estate with our participation in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). As you know, RPAC enables REALTORS® to support political candidates and legislation that protect and enhance our ability to conduct fair transaction practices that are vital to both our careers and communities.
To demonstrate the potent, collective voice we have in the local legislative arena, and commemorate the vision of our GBBR founders, we have launched the 1858 Club. To be honored in the 1858 club, we ask of our members a modest contribution of $18.58 (or more) to RPAC, which will be acknowledged with a handsome lapel pin to distinguished your support.
