Jason is a REALTOR® with the Cummings & Co. REALTORS® brokerage, and has been active in the residential real estate market for more than ten years, with a comprehensive background in marketing and financial services. In addition to serving his clients, Jason hosts first-time homebuying seminars, mentors up-and-coming real estate professionals, and advocates for supporting local businesses. He is active with both Maryland REALTORS® association and National Association of REALTORS® committees, and holds the ABR, CRE, CRS, SRES, SRS designations, as well at the At Home with Diversity, e-Pro, PSA and Housing Opportunity certifications. At GBBR, in addition to his role as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors, Jason serves on the Executive, Budget & Finance, Education and Membership Committees. He champions the value of a voice for real estate in the political environment, and is listed as a Sterling R investor on GBBR’s 2025 RPAC roster. Additionally, he is the recipient of the GBBR 2026 REALTOR® of the Year award.

Randy Cottrell brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as Director of Business Development at Blue Crab Inspections and Black Tie Termite & Pest Control. As a licensed REALTOR® and the Immediate Past President of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (2025 tenure), Randy is dedicated to fostering strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service to clients and industry professionals alike.

Born and raised in Maryland, Randy lives with his wife, Christina, and their daughters, Reagan and Rowan. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with his family. With a focus on leadership, innovation, and building lasting relationships, Randy is proud to contribute to the growth and success of the real estate and home services industries.
