SUPER IMPORTANT CHANGE THAT LICENSEES NEED TO NOTE, REGARDING YOUR CE AND LICENSE RENEWAL
Starting October 1, 2024, all Maryland Real Estate Licensees MUST have their documented continuing education requirements met, 30 days PRIOR to their license renewal date.
This is a statewide mandate from the Department of Labor Licensing & Regulation. If a licensee falls short of this mandate, a $168 will be imposed from DLLR.
We will continue to send reminders on this important change, but we do recommend that you set up reminder protocols on your business calendars!
