Brian represents his clients with professionalism, integrity, and an unmatched level of service. At GBBR, he serves in a multitude of capacities, heading the Board of Directors as the association president, and serving on the Executive, Budget & Finance, RPAC/Political Affairs, Forms and IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility) Committees.
A second-generation home inspector, Randy has been helping homeowners and home buyers achieve their dreams for over 20 years. In addition to being an American Society of Home Inspectors master inspector, Randy is a graduate of the Maryland REALTORS®’ Leadership Academy. He is a mainstay on committees serving GBBR, including YPN and RPAC.
Tiffany represents half of the Harris Hawkins & Co. brokerage, and holds the PMN and At Home with Diversity designations, as well as the Workforce Housing Certification. She also received the 2023 Distinguished Sales Associate award from GBBR. She has served as chair and vice-chair of GBBR’s the Equal Opportunities Committee and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, respectively.
Brad is the co-founder and principal of The Vesta Group of Long & Foster Real Estate and loves helping his clients accomplish their real estate goals. With an extensive background in technology, Brad completed a Bachelor of Science from Towson University and continued his education at Loyola University and Johns Hopkins. Brad serves as a Continuing Education Instructor at GBBR, and holds the CRS, e-PRO, C2EX, AHWD designations. In addition to serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors, Brad also is a member of the Executive, Budget & Finance, Forms, Awards, Legislative and Public Policy Committees.
With a background in economics, finance and acquisitions in addition to his extensive experience in environmental services, Tim has been the proprietor of Home Land Environmental for 18 years. He contributes time as a CE instructor for GBBR, as well as serving on the Board of Directors. Tim has chaired the REALTORS®’ Political Action Committee (RPAC) and is active with GBBR’s Young Professionals Network. He is also a trustee for the GBBR Charitable Foundation.
Al Ingraham is the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR) Chief Executive Officer. He manages the daily business operations of GBBR, which counts 5,000+ members. Al has more than 30 years of service in the real estate industry, much of which was in the mortgage banking sector. Al holds a seat on GBBR’s Board of Directors, and is a trustee for the GBBR Charitable Foundation.
