- License Status Update Form
Use this form if you have gone into referrals, left your current broker/company and kept your license active, or canceled your license. This form is for GBBR information only. GBBR will update SentriLock, Maryland REALTORS® association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. These changes must be completed with the Maryland Real Estate Commission or your respective license holder before notifying GBBR. Submit forms via email to GBBR Membership or by fax to 410-337-2138. - Member Contact Info Update
Use this form if you have moved, changed email or phone number, changed offices or companies, or are leaving GBBR but keeping your license active. This form is for GBBR information only. GBBR will update SentriLock, Maryland REALTORS® association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. If you are changing companies or offices, the changes must be completed with the Maryland Real Estate Commission or your respective license holder before notifying GBBR. Submit forms via email to GBBR Membership or by fax to 410-337-2138.

GBBR accepts Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express payment options, for your convenience.
Bounced Check Policy: Accounts will be charged a $25 fee, if a check is returned from the bank for non-sufficient funds. Anyone who bounces a check 3 times in a 12 month period will no longer be able to make payments via check.
