The SentriLock CARD (physical card) was discontinued in March 2022.  All SentriLock access can be accomplished through a mobile app.  Subscribers will receive an email from SentriLock with a link to download the SentriKey® Real Estate app from either the iPhone App Store or Google Play and then you may set-up your login information.

Here’s some important reminders:

  Do not share your login information with ANYONE.

  Assistants need to have their own SentriLock membership.  SentriLock offers a special membership just for non-REALTOR® assistants.

  You’ll need to log into/open the app to renew your schedule every 24 hours, especially if you’re planning to show a home in an area with spotty cell phone service.  If you have concerns about how you can get lockbox access in remote areas with no SentriCard and little or no cell coverage, view that info HERE.

  You can only use your account in the app on one device at a time.
