Hello,
My name is Isaiah Nichols and I have been a part-time realtor since 2015. Does anyone know of a job or field that I could work in to gain experience in real estate development while still continuing to sell homes. Right now I am trying to take advantage of the opportunity zones tax incentive in Baltimore city and other place in Maryland. Any advice or response is greatly appreciated.
